FAQ’S
You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by DJDonCez.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items should be returned in their original packaging. To process your return quickly and effectively, please include your order date and order number and the reason for the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper normally 3 to 5 business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it normally 1 to 2 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request normally 1 to 7 business days. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Items that are not returnable include any media CDs that have been opened or are not in their original packaging.
Other items that are not returnable:
- Any items that have obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
If you find that an item is defective after it has been opened, we will happily send you a replacement of that item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after our 30 days return policy unless it has been approved in some special cases by our staff.
If you need to change your order, please contact us to make arrangements. We will be more than happy to assist you in your exchange so as long as your current order has not been shipped.
- Please pack the items along with the original receipt securely in a package. You may use the original package the items arrived in or another of your preference.
- Write our return shipping address on the outside of the package or shipping label.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center

Currently DJDonCez.com uses the United States Post Office for all U.S. and International orders. All domestic orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number that follows the order from pick-up to delivery.
U.S. Customers:
- USPS Free Shipping (avg. 3-7 business days from the date the order was shipped)
International Orders:
- United States Post (avg. 10-30 business days from the date the order was shipped) Please Note: DJDonCez.com is not responsible for any international customs fees or tariffs; the customer is responsible for paying all taxes/duties.
At DJDonCez.com we offer Free Shipping on all our orders with no minimum. So no matter if you simply order one item or several.
We offer Free Shipping to the USA 48 States and Puerto Rico (USA & Puerto Rico Only)
DJDonCez.com fulfills 100% of its orders in their entirety without back orders within 24-48 hours of when the orders are placed. However, there are instances when a particular item you order will not be in stock.
If this happens, then we will ship the rest of your order within the 48-hour time frame. Any back-ordered item will be shipped separately when it is back in stock. If the back-ordered items do not come back in stock within 7 business days of your order date, a credit will be placed on your account for the total amount of the back ordered items including any shipping costs for that item. These credits can be used towards any purchase on DJDonCez.com.
If you choose to receive a refund rather than a credit, then please contact us and we will happily refund the payment for any unfulfilled back ordered items.
Once a package leaves our facility, you instantly receive an email that confirms your order has shipped and includes the tracking number.
Sometimes these automated emails can get trapped in your SPAM folder, so please don’t forget to check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive an email confirmation.
